Their son, Matt, is married to Natalie and they have two children. Matt is a Physics Professor at St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. Stacy has been attending Redeemer Lutheran Church since 1982. She keeps the volunteer staff at Redeemer Lutheran School moving forward and working as a team. Stacy has a passion for inspiring, simplifying, organizing, and “getting it done.” One of her favorite Bible verses is Colossian 3:17, “Whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Amen!”p>

Charlotte Penn

Charlotte is our 2nd-grade teacher. She has both a preK-6th elementary degree and an early childhood degree from Concordia University, St. Paul. Redeemer is the 3rd school Charlotte has taught at; she has taught many different grade levels; pre-K through 6th grade. She is excited to be teaching at Redeemer, where she grew up attending church and went to elementary school.
Being able to point everything to Jesus during the school day is Charlotte's favorite part of teaching. Charlotte loves to read and is passionate about sharing that love with her students. Finding a book that connects students with the love of reading is an exciting part of teaching. Charlotte lives in Bloomington with her husband, David and their two golden retrievers.

Stephanie Schrupp

Stephanie Schrupp is a graduate of Lutheran High School in Mayer, Minnesota and Concordia College in St. Paul, Minnesota.  She taught at Central Lutheran School in Rochester, Minnesota from 1993-1997.  She also taught at St. Peter's Lutheran School in Edina, Minnesota from 1997-2007, and 2008-2014. 
Miss Schrupp lives in Excelsior and enjoys coaching volleyball and attending various sporting events.

Lora Gilb lives in Plymouth with her husband, Craig, who works with Untiedt's Farm selling flowers, vegetables and pumpkins. Lora attended the University of Wisconsin, River Falls and graduated with her Elementary degree and a minor in Sociology. After college she worked at Kids Care Connection in Plymouth as a preschool teacher for 3 years before having her son, Tyler, who is currently in 4th grade at Redeemer and twins, Colby and Taya who are in 2nd grade at Redeemer. Lora grew up in South Saint Paul and has 4 younger siblings. She worked as Redeemer's school nurse last year, in the lunch room and also as a substitute teacher.  Lora loves to read, swim, scrapbook and teach Jazzercise. Lora and her family attend Woodridge Church. Her favorite Bible verse is Hebrews 12:1 "Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us."

Jim Menzel began as our church & school custodian in 1986.  Over the past twenty-six years, Jim has seen many changes at Redeemer, but one thing remains the same: the smiling faces of the students.  Jim enjoys his job and is thankful for the many friends he has made while at Redeemer.
