Mrs. Amanda Dehmer is the 2nd Grade teacher at Redeemer and she also teaches the 1st Grade class in the afternoon. She attended Concordia University in Seward Nebraska and graduated with her K-6 Elementary degree with a concentration in Early Childhood. Mrs. Dehmer has taught in a number of schools ranging from preschool through 8th Grade.
Growing up in rural Minnesota, she feels very blessed to have had a foundation in Christ from little on. Family values and morals have always been modeled to her by her parents and she is passionate about keeping that a central part of the children she teaches. Some of her passions include studying God’s word, exercise and being a wife of her husband Eddy Dehmer and a mother of her three young boys
She is passionate about ministry and focusing on integrating God into everyday life focusing on teaching kids about their God given gifts and talents. She has always been drawn to Redeemer’s family atmosphere and feels very blessed to be on staff at Redeemer!
